These terms apply to consumer purchases made through www.nordicsauna.lv, operated by SIA “Nordic Wellness”.
For customers within the European Union and European Economic Area, statutory consumer rights apply in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation and Latvian law.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, you may also contact us at info[at]nordicsauna.lv to request cancellation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info[at]nordicsauna.lv within the 14-day withdrawal period and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, the goods must be returned to us within 14 days.
RETURNING AN ORDER
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality.
Please handle the product with care and, whenever possible, return it in its original packaging with all accessories and components included.
You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
To return an order:
- Contact us at info[at]nordicsauna.lv and provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return the order via parcel machine or courier OR bring it to our showroom at Duntes iela 7, Riga, Latvia.
Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
MADE-TO-ORDER & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Where applicable, such products are identified in our online store with the label:

Please note that a product being marked “Made to Order” does not by itself exclude the right of withdrawal. The exception applies where the product is made according to the customer's individual specifications or is clearly personalised.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info[at]nordicsauna.lv.
Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue.
We will arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the reasonable return shipping costs for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
REFUNDS
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option available for your order.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Once the returned goods have been received and checked, we aim to process the refund within 5 business days.
