How to choose sauna scents?

Contain natural plant concentrates (100% essential oils) obtained through steam distillation from various parts of plants.

Use:
To help the essential oils dissolve in water, use warm water in the sauna bucket (around 36 °C). The aroma is concentrated — just a few drops are enough.

A pre-formulated blend made especially for sauna use. These mixes may contain essential oils and other fragrance components, often diluted with distilled water or an alcohol base.

Use:
Use warm water in the sauna bucket (around 36 °C). Dose the aroma with the cap and adjust the intensity according to your preference.
