Sauna mud mask

A mud body mask for cleansing the skin in the sauna. The mask is based on therapeutic Ķemeri mud, which helps cleanse and tone the skin, improve its elasticity, and leave it feeling fresh. It helps protect the skin from free radicals, stimulates its metabolic processes, and slows the appearance of skin aging.

Sauna ritual: Use at the end of your sauna session, when the skin is already warm and the pores have opened. Apply to damp skin while in the sauna and leave on for 3–5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly in the shower afterwards. Avoid applying the mask to sensitive areas, including the face and neck. If you experience uncomfortable tingling or burning, rinse off immediately.
