Sauna whisk | birch

Hand-tied according to traditional Nordic sauna practices, this fresh birch sauna whisk was carefully harvested and bound in June/July 2026, when the birch leaves are at their peak—rich in natural essential oils and full of their characteristic fresh aroma.

A birch whisk fills the sauna with the scent of a Nordic summer forest and is an essential part of the authentic sauna experience. Its flexible branches and soft leaves provide a pleasant sauna massage, while the natural birch fragrance creates a calming and relaxing atmosphere.

💡 Tip: Before use, soak the whisk in warm water to make the branches more flexible and release the full aroma of the birch leaves. The soaking water can also be poured over the sauna stones to fill the sauna with the fresh scent of birch.
